This is really a beautiful deep cobalt blue pen
 
Pen has been disassembled and cleaned inside and out      FULLY RESTORED
The nib and feed have been flushed, new SAC
The lever draws ink and then snaps back into place
The cap screws on tightly and the clip is held firmly by the black cap jewel
