Very nice and clean Parker Debutant Blue Diamond Vaccume fill pen
Ink view barrel is very clean
Feed is marked A  I believe it means it is an accountant fine nib
 
Pen does have one flaw, a scrape on the blind cap. see photo
 
Pen has been disassembled and cleaned inside and out
The nib and feed have been flushed, new SAC
The lever draws ink and then snaps back into place
The cap screws on tightly and the clip is held firmly by the black cap jewel
Both jewels are intact with no cracks or chips
